DreamBaby is a sleep aid app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice. Always follow safe sleep guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and consult your pediatrician for any concerns about your baby's sleep, health, or development.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DreamBaby for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Pricing: Monthly ($2.99/month), Yearly ($14.99/year, saving 58%), Lifetime ($19.99 one-time). Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on local App Store / Play Store pricing.
Free trial: Monthly and Yearly plans include a 3-night free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. The trial begins at the time of purchase confirmation.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no renewal.
How to cancel:
Refunds: All purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.
Free features remain free. Cancelling Premium does not delete your data. Sleep log history and 10 free tracks remain accessible after cancellation.
All data you create in DreamBaby (sleep logs, saved mixes, routines) is stored locally on your device. We have no access to this content. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
All audio tracks, artwork, and software in DreamBaby are owned by or licensed to DreamBaby. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
DreamBaby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will improve your baby's sleep. Results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamBaby and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
